At the beginning of the year we partnered up with Soho Parish Primary which then turned into a 6 week programme led by our amazing trainer, @doradontexplore - it definitely wasn’t easy but we move. The key objective throughout this programme is to change the way these young girls think about exercise. It’s understandable that people will be operating at different abilities - this isn’t about testing them to see who is going to be the next Nicola Adams, but rather to see the change in their attitude towards the activity. The smiles, the laughter & looks of discerning concentration. We want them to leave the programme having enjoyed there time whilst learning about themselves mentally and physically. #LPAC
